New Bestseller: The HUMAN Agentic AI Edge
Impressions from Launch Week and Book Signing
It’s finally here! This is the launch week of my new book, The HUMAN Agentic AI Edge—Shape the Next Generation of AI-Ready Teams. And what a week it has been so far!
The book launched on February 25, together with nearly 500 IT leaders and enterprise architects on site and 3,000 online, at the Next Generation SAP Enterprise Architect Community Learning Forum just outside of Philadelphia, PA.
Get the ebook and the paperback on Amazon, or listen to the audiobook on Spotify.
The book has been climbing in all three categories and has reached the top spot in each. That officially makes it a best-seller! I couldn’t be more excited and more thankful for all your support.
Workshop: Developing AI-Ready Organizations and Talent
We kicked off the week with a 3-hour-long workshop for IT leaders looking to build AI-ready teams and the implications to consider when bringing AI into the organization. The big question in the room was whether (or when) to view agents as digital employees vs. just another type of software. (More on that in the book…)
Keynote & Book Signing: The HUMAN Agentic AI Edge
The official book launch on Wednesday kicked off with a keynote on the book's core themes and how to maintain one’s human edge. 300 attendees waited in line to get their signed copy and handwritten message:
» Stay HUMAN. Get AI-Ready. «
—Andreas Welsch

But this is really just the beginning! Since the launch, I’ve been busy creating the audiobook edition on Audible (using an AI stock voice; the edition on Spotify was narrated using my voice clone), registering the copyright, working on the German translation of the book, and giving interviews.
Get in touch on how to empower your organization or audience to use AI while remaining accountable for high-quality results!
NOW AVAILABLE: The HUMAN Agentic AI Edge
Organizations are racing to deploy Agentic AI, yet few are ready for the risks that emerge when employees use AI without structure, standards, or oversight.
The HUMAN Agentic AI Edge offers leaders a practical blueprint for building accountable AI-ready teams that consistently produce high-quality results. Drawing on real-world knowledge and insights from interviews with more than 50 AI leaders and experts, Andreas Welsch shows how to combine human judgment with Agentic AI capabilities to reach the level of performance many organizations expect but rarely achieve. This book prepares you to shape the next generation of AI-ready teams delivering high-quality results with high accountability.
Get the ebook and paperback on Amazon, or listen to the audiobook on Spotify.
