It feels like what used to be an entry point is no longer just a threshold. It’s more like diving straight into deep water.Do you think companies are truly ready to teach newcomers how to swim in the AI current?

That's a great question. From what I see, companies and leaders are figuring this out themselves in the/this moment. I expect that we are entering a transitional period in which this change happens in an unbalanced way (at the disadvantage of entry-level applicants) until the realization sets in that it's not as sustainable as anticipated and something needs to change (education, training, experience, ...). Finding "stretch projects" to grow one's skills in a new area or with increased responsibility might be something that larger organizations are more familiar with running. But these stretch assignments can help build these critical skills...
